When rent is not paid on time nobody wins, our client is out of pocket and the tenant can get into financial strife while paying arrears and maintaining current rent. It is best for all that arrears are attended to swiftly. We do not stop until we have rent back on track. We operate a two pronged approach, so where one avenue may fail the other avenue is already underway to ensure an expeditious result either way.
Continuity of Rent
RPM work hard to ensure minimal loss of rent between tenancies. Having good systems in place to process tenancy transitions swiftly. Placing good long-term tenants, keeping them happy and encouraging them to treat the property as their home so they don’t want to leave.
Separate and Protected
All rental payments and creditor payments are processed via a Trust Account (like that of a solicitor). This means our client's monies are safe and separate from the day to day running of our business.
Making Tax Time Easier
Our client's receive monthly statements detailing money in and out of their account per property. We also provide end of financial year reports for tax purposes which can simply be given to your accountant to process.
