Involved as Much or as Little as Want
Client's can choose how much they want to be involved in the management of their rental properties. We are here to do the lot, but if our clients want to be involved in certain tasks we make sure they get this opportunity.

Monthly Reporting
Statements of account are emailed monthly to client's together with an overview of all that occurred in the month with their properties.  Payments can be made to clients fortnightly or monthly.

Inspection Reports
Post inspection our client's are emailed a full inspection report, with clear images, highlighting areas of concern since last inspection, proposed action or action we have taken to remedy concerns and follow up we have taken to ensure the concern has been resolved.

Annual Review
If we haven’t managed to catch up with our client face to face during the year we meet arrange to meet with them to check on their goals for their investments for the year ahead.
